De nouveaux développements viennent d’intervenir dans l’enquête sur le double meurtre d’Abdoul Aziz Ba, dit « Aziz Dabala », et de Boubacar Gano, dit « Waly ». Selon des informations exclusives de Seneweb, les résultats des prélèvements ADN effectués sur la scène de crime disculpent provisoirement l’ensemble des suspects inculpés, dont la danseuse Marème Léye, dite « Nabou Léye », et le chanteur Tarba Mbaye. Le principal suspect, Mamadou Lamine Diaw, alias « Modou Lo », reste fortement accablé par les preuves.
Pour rappel, les corps sans vie des deux victimes avaient été découverts le 19 août 2024 dans leur appartement situé à Pikine Technopole. Six personnes avaient alors été inculpées pour « association de malfaiteurs, assassinat avec actes de barbarie, vol et recel ».
Mamadou Lamine Diaw a d’abord avoué le double crime lors de son arrestation à Touba. Il est ensuite revenu sur ses aveux devant le juge d’instruction. Il a affirmé que l’affaire « aurait été montée de toutes pièces par Nabou Léye et Tarba Mbaye ». Selon sa seconde version, Aziz Dabala « aurait été poignardé à mort par Nabou Léye », tandis que Waly Gano « l’aurait été par plusieurs coups de couteau portés par Tarba Mbaye ». Entendu par la Division des investigations criminelles (DIC), Tarba Mbaye a nié les accusations. Les réquisitions téléphoniques ont confirmé qu’il ne s’est jamais trouvé aux alentours de la scène du crime. Le doyen des juges a ordonné sa remise en liberté.
Pour l’enquête scientifique, le Centre international de recherche et de formation en génomique appliquée et de surveillance sanitaire (CIGASS) a procédé à des analyses ADN. Les prélèvements ont permis de dégager quatre profils ADN. Deux profils appartiennent aux victimes. Le troisième appartient à Mamadou Lamine Diaw. Un quatrième profil, non identifié, a été retrouvé sur un débris de verre près du corps d’Aziz Dabala. Dans la salle de bain, le sang de Mamadou Lamine Diaw a été retrouvé « mélangé à celui de la victime » Boubacar Gano. La présence de son sang dans l’appartement et sa blessure au bras gauche confirment son implication. Aucun profil correspondant aux autres suspects n’a été retrouvé sur les lieux.
Selon les enquêteurs de la DIC, la version présentée par Mamadou Lamine Diaw devant le juge apparaît comme « une manœuvre destinée à se soustraire à sa responsabilité pénale ». Les résultats scientifiques « corroborent pleinement les déclarations initiales de Mamadou Lamine Diaw ». L’enquête a été menée par la DIC sous le commandement de l’Inspecteur Général Mame Seydou Ndour. Le dossier est désormais entre les mains du magistrat instructeur.
