Invité de l’émission « En Vérité » sur la RTS, le ministre Abdourahmane Diouf a relancé le débat sur la gestion des fonds politiques et des crédits alloués à la Primature sous Ousmane Sonko. Une sortie qui intervient dans un contexte politique particulier, marqué par la dissolution de son parti Awalé et son ralliement à KIIRAAY, la nouvelle formation politique portée par le président Bassirou Diomaye Faye.
Au cœur de son intervention : les fonds mis à la disposition du Premier ministre Ousmane Sonko. Abdourahmane Diouf a rappelé que ce dernier avait lui-même évoqué une enveloppe de 1 milliard 770 millions de francs CFA par trimestre dès son arrivée à la Primature.
« Il a déclaré qu’il disposait de 1 milliard 770 millions de francs CFA par trimestre », a rappelé le ministre, avant de pointer une situation qu’il juge préoccupante : « Après avoir utilisé ces 1 milliard 770 millions de francs CFA, il est allé jusqu’à demander une rallonge. Cela veut dire que ce n’était pas suffisant ».
Pour Abdourahmane Diouf, cette gestion doit désormais être éclaircie au grand jour. Il a ainsi plaidé pour la mise en place d’une commission d’enquête parlementaire ouverte aux médias. « Que toutes les télévisions et radios viennent filmer, afin qu’il nous dise où il a injecté cet argent », a-t-il déclaré.
Fonds politiques : Diouf salue la méthode Diomaye
Interrogé sur la différence d’approche entre Ousmane Sonko et le président Bassirou Diomaye Faye, Abdourahmane Diouf a insisté sur la rupture qu’il attribue au chef de l’État en matière de transparence. « Tous les Sénégalais savent que le président de la République dispose de fonds politiques. Tous les Sénégalais savent à combien s’élèvent ces fonds politiques, ce n’est pas un secret », a-t-il affirmé.
Selon lui, la nouveauté réside dans la volonté affichée de lever le voile sur l’utilisation de ces ressources. « Le président Diomaye a eu le mérite de dire publiquement aux Sénégalais : “Les fonds politiques sont là, et je vais les utiliser de telle et telle manière” », a-t-il souligné.
Pour le ministre, cette démarche marque une nouvelle étape dans la gouvernance publique : « Nous sommes dans la transparence la plus complète dans l’exécution d’un budget voté par l’Assemblée nationale. Personne ne peut dire qu’il a utilisé cet argent là où il ne fallait pas ».
